This First Monday Roundtable will focus on practical strategies employers can use to improve early detection, reduce delays in care, and better manage cancer-related spend. The discussion will explore how “stage shift” impacts both outcomes and cost, where breakdowns typically occur in the care journey, and how employers can evaluate screening tools and solutions in real-world settings.

Participants will also examine how workflow friction, access to care, and implementation challenges impact adoption and results. Designed as an interactive roundtable, this session will provide a forum for employers and industry leaders to share experiences, ask questions, and walk away with actionable insights to improve cancer care strategies within their organizations.
