Lauren is an experienced behavioral health therapist and inclusion and belonging practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in multiple areas of practice. She holds a BA from The University of Virginia and an MSW from Columbia University. Lauren works to optimize understanding of self, others, groups, organizations, and systems as tools for innovation and growth in personal and professional spaces. She has spent the last eight years at Premise Health designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral health and belonging programming and strategy.
